LIFE Coaching
Every life has a starting point, a direction, a velocity, and a quality of movement.
Your Starting Point is where you are today—your current baseline of health, energy, and resources.
Your Direction is where you’re headed—the trajectory your current choices are creating.
Your Velocity is how quickly you’re getting there—the rate of your progress.
Your Quality of Travel is how the ride feels—whether it’s characterized by friction or flow.

Over the years, my career has been defined by running teams and serving as Chief of Staff to seven different leaders and leadership teams. This vantage point provided a unique look at what makes an organization thrive and, more importantly, where the gears begin to grind. I’ve seen firsthand how high-performing leaders align their teams for maximum impact—and exactly where they hit the systemic snags that stall progress.
Just like an individual life, an organization operates along four critical dimensions:
The Starting Point: The baseline health of your culture, team, operations, and finances.
The Direction: The mission and strategic vision you’ve established.
The Velocity: Your rate of execution and impact in the market.
The Quality of Movement: The sustainability of your pace and the health of your internal dynamics.
Often organization experiences friction in at least one of these areas. You may recognize these leadership challenges:

RELATIONSHIP Coaching
It may be counter-intuitive to think of a personal relationship as being similar to a team in the workplace. But this insight—gained from a decade of running divisions, serving as Chief of Staff to leadership teams, and working with couples—has the power to unlock stuck relationships.
In relationships, people come together to achieve something neither could achieve on their own: whether that is building a family, creating financial stability, or finding deep companionship, to name a few. Just like all teams that come together to do great things, people in relationships can get tripped up by the complexity that emerges when different people come together to execute on shared goals.
Some of the things that can trip people up in relationships are:
The Purpose Gap: A lack of awareness regarding why you came together or having different definitions of what "success" looks like for the relationship.
Trust Friction: Resentment that builds from differences in personalities, values, or life experiences that haven't been calibrated.
The Governance Gap: The unique lack of clarity that exists in relationships around power, decision-making, and "ownership" of different parts of life.
The Conflict Trap: A lack of skill in navigating healthy debate, leading to either total avoidance or destructive "ruptures" without the tools for repair.
